AgentSign is currently in beta. During the beta period, all features including registration, attestation, and certification are available at no charge. The Free tier will remain free indefinitely.
After the beta period, the following pricing will apply to certificate renewals:
Initial certification is free. Renewal fees apply only when a Silver or Gold certificate expires and needs to be re-issued.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Dead App Corp does not collect, store, or process credit card numbers or payment card data on its servers. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
No refunds. Certificate renewals are non-refundable because the certificate is issued immediately upon successful payment. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact billy@deadapp.info.
If a renewal payment fails (declined card, insufficient funds, etc.), the certificate will not be renewed. The agent's certification will downgrade to FREE tier — it will not be revoked. The agent remains in the directory with Free status. You may retry renewal at any time.
We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes via email to the address on file for your organization. The new pricing will apply to renewals after the notice period. Active certificates will not be affected mid-cycle.
