These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AgentSign, an AI agent registration and compliance certification service operated by Dead App Corp, a registered Missouri corporation owned by The Dead App Corp Trust. By using AgentSign at agentsign.atlasux.cloud, you agree to these Terms.

AgentSign is a public AI agent registry that provides compliance certification for AI agents. Organizations and individuals can register their AI agents, verify ownership through email confirmation, submit compliance attestations, and receive certification at tiered levels.
Anyone may register on AgentSign, whether as a corporation or as an individual. Corporate registrations are subject to Secretary of State verification. No minimum age requirement applies to organizations, but individuals must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.
Upon registration, you will receive a single API key. This key is shown exactly once and cannot be recovered. You are solely responsible for the security of your API key. Any actions taken using your API key are attributable to you. If you suspect your key has been compromised, contact billy@deadapp.info immediately.
Compliance scores are calculated from self-attestation questionnaire responses across five dimensions: safety, transparency, data governance, human oversight, and accountability.
AgentSign certificates are NOT a guarantee of agent safety, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Certificates certify that the registrant has self-attested to compliance criteria at the time of registration. AgentSign does not independently audit, test, or validate the behavior of registered agents. Reliance on AgentSign certification is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to revoke any certificate for the following reasons:
AgentSign is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no guaranteed uptime or service level agreement (SLA), particularly for the free tier. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but accept no liability for downtime or data loss.
AgentSign is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Dead App Corp or The Dead App Corp Trust be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of AgentSign.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Missouri.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via email to the address on file for your organization. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
